[web design] Windows 7 style web site concept

I wanted to see if I could implement a windows style site into the web and this is what I have so far. no buttons in the start menu work except the settings one. I had fun with it and now im bored. check it out http://www.projecthack.net/win7/index.html . be patient with the load time at first, the background takes a while cuz its a large resolution. Also, it works in prettymuch everything but IE. What do you guys think?

PS. I did most of the graphics as well (ei. start button, profile pic)

That is really nice, but what sort of site are you hoping to use it for? or are you selling it?

Well why not use another forum and create your own template? Such as vBullettin PHPBB or smf?

This is a badass website, all you need is a GTA 4 Background, add more quality to the taskbar and buttons, and there you go :D

Edit: In fact the title says Prototype Forum.

I'm aware of it not being a GTA Based site, I was giving a suggestion to see if it would be possible to have theme as our GTA 4 front page (Not Forum)
