Hy can you tell me best way to gain more fps on my pc?my specs:
ATI RADEON 3600
AMD ATHLON 5000+ 2.6
WINDOWS VISTA
RAM:3GB

Ok. Your graphics card is low-end. Im not sure it even passes the minimum...
Put everything on low.

Your processor's clock speed is pretty slow for games like GTA IV. As you are using Windows Vista, I would suggest closing litterally EVERYTHING when you play. MSN, Yahoo, Aim, SKype, Xfire, Torrent clients, Steam, THE LOT.

Apart from that, I would suggest upgrading to a better system

Nvidia GeForce 9600 and better
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz+ (better to be a Quad)
and all run ;)
