Any roleplay communities that will have a FDLC?

Hey.

I looked at a few roleplay communities for the upcoming IV:MP mod but none seem to have a FDLC faction (Which saddens me). Are there roleplay communities out there that will have the FDLC faction? If so, I will be part of your community.

The reason I am interested in FDLC is because they have a bloody good interior inside GTA IV and I am also a Level II firefighter (ISFAC) inside New Brunswick, Canada.

I'm going to be setting up a server, and we will probably have Emergency Services either as a faction or as a job run by a leader or two (or both).
