I see no changelog or t2 download link?
Also, why copy sa-mp if you say you don't like them. Only in sa-mp forum discussions about testing builds where in the scripting forum.

Hi guys!

I am Cameron Smith, from East Coast - USA. I came here from another GTA Multiplayer Modification (shitty one). I currently work for Atom-Host as a (sort of) hobby. I know PHP (somewhat), CSS(very little), PAWN, and some HTML. I play GTA 4 on PC and PS3.

Anyway, that is a bit about me, I think I am going to like Iv-multiplayer, it does seem that it's developers are a lot less corrupt then some of the developers for the other GTA mp mods.

This server looks awesome.  It should also report the car brand, colour, and after a minute, the driver's name so you can officially be allowed to arrest him.

From what i see IV-MP alpha 3 should not be released, you should work at least 6 more months until a new release. Until then, good luck.
